What information do we gather about you and how is this information used?

On-Line Services

When you request any of our on-line services, you provide your name and email address. We request this information to enable us to provide the services you have requested and, from time to time, to provide you with information about new services.

Product Purchases

When you purchase any of our products, you provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a purchase authorization. We request this information to enable us to provide the products you have requested and, from time to time, to provide you with information about new products.

Payment Information

Westwindconsulting.com accepts purchase orders for any product that we ship or for which we charge. Our payment process is invoicing based on a purchase order. We do not accept credit cards, we do not collect payments on-line, and we do not gather credit information of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse sales to customers based on past payment history.

Online Surveys

Westwindconsulting.com values opinions and comments from members, so we occasionally conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional. Survey information is aggregated and used to make improvements to our service and product offerings. Survey participants are anonymous.

Cookies and Advertising

Westwindconsulting.com does not use cookies, nor do we accept paid advertising or charge for links to other web sites.

Who will we share the information with?

Westwindconsulting.com does not provide, either for sale or any other means of distribution, individual customer names or any other customer information to third parties and has no intention of doing so in the future without first obtaining your consent.

Our cancellation policy

At anytime, you can unsubscribe to any of Westwindconsulting.com’s services by sending us a e-mail with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will remove you from our database.

What safeguards are in place to protect your information?

All information you provide to Westwindconsulting.com is maintained off-line and is inaccessible over the Internet. All databases are kept in a secure location.
